Media Optimization Kit™ is used to determine the best medium for expression of recombinant proteins. It contains individually packaged, ready-to-use powdered media to make 1 litre of each of the following broths: Turbo Broth™, Superior Broth™, Power Broth™
Hyper Broth™and reference media LB Broth and Glucose M9Y.
