Description
HAM’s F12K media is a modification of HAM’s nutrient mix labeled after Kaighn’s medium. This is composed of high levels of amino acids and sodium Pyruvate and contains components such as putrescine, thymidine, hypoxanthine, zinc that are not found in the basal medium.
